Megan - Hygienist

Megan is a dental hygienist at Magnus Dentistry. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their five children. She loves hiking, camping, and listening to music, and she looks forward to welcoming patients at their next appointment.

Cary - Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Cary has loved going to the dentist since she was young, which inspired her to pursue a career in the dental field. During her senior year of high school, she enrolled in the Walker Career Center Dental Assisting Program and quickly fell in love with dental assisting even more. She graduated from the program in 1995 and has enjoyed caring for patients ever since.

When she is not working, Cary enjoys relaxing on her back patio and spending time with her husband, two children, and fur babies. She also recently welcomed a German Shepherd puppy named Greta to the family.

Laura - Dental Administrative Assistant

Laura graduated from Delta High School in Muncie and has lived in Hamilton County for nearly 30 years. She began her dental career more than 35 years ago as a dental assistant, building a strong foundation centered on patient care, trust, and creating positive experiences. Over the past year, she has expanded her role by transitioning into the front office, where she continues supporting both patients and her team.

What Laura loves most about dentistry is helping transform smiles and making patients feel confident, comfortable, and truly cared for during their visits. She enjoys creating a welcoming environment where patients feel at ease from the moment they walk through the door.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her family. She is a proud mom of three children and “Lolli” to her three grandchildren. Laura has been happily married for 28 years to her husband, Tim, and enjoys traveling the country attending IndyCar races as the wife of a Chip Ganassi Race Team member. She also loves spending time with their 9-year-old mini Goldendoodle, Teddy, a trained therapy dog who brings comfort and smiles to patients in children’s hospitals and senior living communities.

Jolene - Office Manager & EFDA

Jolene has dedicated her career to dentistry and patient care, bringing decades of experience and a deep commitment to quality treatment and compassionate service. After beginning her dental journey in Texas, she moved to Carmel, Indiana in 1995 and continued working alongside the same dentist until his retirement in 2019 — a reflection of her loyalty, consistency, and passion for the profession.

With a strong holistic dental background, Jolene believes in using the best materials and providing the highest level of care possible for every patient. She values working in an office that prioritizes integrity, excellence, and truly caring for people.

As both Office Manager and EFDA, Jolene enjoys helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their dental experience.

Outside the office, Jolene enjoys photography, specializing in sports and high school senior portraits. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and daughters

Kaitlynn - Hygienist

Kaitlynn’s passion for dentistry began after her own orthodontic treatment as a teenager. That experience inspired her to understand the impact a confident smile can have on someone’s life. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from IUFW and also holds a local anesthesia license.

One of Kaitlynn’s favorite parts of her work is connecting with patients and helping them feel comfortable during their visits. Outside the office, she enjoys training for half marathons, grabbing coffee, and spending time in Bible study with friends and family.

Lydia - Dental Assistant

Lydia discovered her passion for the dental field after going through Invisalign treatment in high school. She graduated from the IU School of Dental Assisting in 2022 and enjoys helping patients feel confident and comfortable. She believes dentistry is not only about fixing problems, but also about being present for patients and giving attention to their needs.

Outside the office, Lydia enjoys spending time with her family, including taking her Welsh Corgi, Winston, on walks. She also enjoys barrel racing and has been involved with horses since the age of five. Many of her weekends are spent at barrel races.

  Dr. Magnus and her team were wonderful with my daughter when she had a recent dental emergency. She was taken care of quickly and is already on the road to recovery. While she isn't usually a fan of going to the dentist, she said it was a great experience despite the circumstances.
